Match your suit: When wearing a tie, consider the color of your trousers, jacket etc. It must need to match the tie completely with your shirt or coat and trouser styles. Patterns and textures of dresses should be suited with your tie.
Colors and patterns: When it comes to selecting the color of the tie, there are lots of methods you can make so. Prefer a tie that is classic and not off-putting. A solid colored traditional tie is a fine idea for all time. If you are putting on a light-color shirt, you can be dressed in a tie in a dark shade of that similar color. If the shirt is light blue, you can decide almost every color of tie as this is the most flexible color for work. Always remember that ties with pictures or cartoons are always looking odd for all occasions.
Length and shape: Usually, the correct width of a tie is something like 3 1/4 inches, and everything in that range is perfect with any suit. The length of standard tie is likely to be from between 52 to 58 inches long, depending on styles.
Consider the event: The colors of solids and brick tone are suitable for the corporate environment. Plain and bold patterns with pin or oblique stripes are also looks great for the corporate meeting or office. Sometime dots look good in tie but it should be avoided when too many are visible in it but slight dots in solid colors shows a class. Usually flowery patterns or fuchsia dyed ties aren’t the ideal fit for a corporate board meeting.
